Tell us a bit about Rosy Rings Studio!

Rosy Rings Studio is a gift and home boutique located in between Cherry Creek North and the Congress Park neighborhood. Along with selling our own luxury brand of home fragrance candles & diffusers we also sell a curated selection of home and gift items. We carry many lines from Europe and aLSO small makers across the US. I am always looking for unique and beautiful items that I haven’t seen anywhere else.

We also do weekly candle making classes in our studio in the rear of the store along with seasonal classes in wreath making, dried flowers design and more. The classes have been incredibly popular and have been a great way to get to know the neighborhood residents and bring in new customers that may not have heard of our gift store or brand. Along with adult classes we also offer kids birthday candle making classes which are great for kids as young as 7 on up. We just celebrated a sweet 16 birthday here and it was a blast.
Our address is 2940 E 6th Ave 80206
We sell our line of candles and diffusers online at rosyrings.com but the rest of our gift items are sold in store only.

Do you have any events coming up you’d like people to know about?

We have weekly candle making classes where guests can come and learn about fragrances, candle making and then pour their own beautiful 22oz candle.

Are you a Colorado founded business?  Why did you choose to locate your business in the neighborhood it’s in?

Yes. Rosy Rings was founded by Shannon Cumberland in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, 25 years ago. Our products have been made in CO ever since. We chose this neighborhood because both Shannon and I live close by and love the area. When this location came up for rent we knew we had to have it. It’s a great size and location and gives us enough room to host classes. We also love our neighbors!

What do you love about Denver?

I love how many great neighborhoods there are and how each one has its own distinct feel. I’m always discovering new and wonderful boutiques and restaurants. I also love how sunny it is!

What are your favorite local Denver places?

I love The Truffle Cheese Shop. They have the best selection of cheese and their baguettes are amazing. I also love Perch clothing store. The owner has amazing taste and I always find new pieces I haven’t seen anywhere else. Bon Ami is my favorite casual restaurant . It’s a great little French restaurant in West Wash Park. It’s cozy and the French onion soup is amazing.

How would you describe the personality of Denver?

I would say the personality of Denver is pretty laid back. I’m from Australia and when I first visited Denver it reminded me of home. I think it’s a great place to live because it has a lot to do and see, but without the hassle of bigger cities.
