2. Why did you choose Capitol Hill?

Having lived in several different Denver neighborhoods, I wanted to give Cap Hill a try. I like the beautiful buildings and old historic homes. The proximity to everything I need is perfect as well. I can ride my bike most places, even to work. You can’t beat that.

3. What are your favorite local spots?

The Fainting Goat, Charcoal Restaurant, D Bar, Stella’s Coffee Haus, West Side Books.

4. P.S. We love your vibe! What inspires your style?

I am drawn to the style of the 1930 and 1940s. I love the classic elegance of it and the attention to detail.
