4th of July Parade & Picnic

Come to the 7th annual Highlands 4th of July Parade & Picnic featuring (in addition to the parade) live music, food, and games as well as a gigantic 100-foot ice cream sundae furnished by Little Man Ice Cream. Join this Highlands tradition!
