“Let’s Dance” in excitement for the warmer weather and longer days coming our way! Silhouette of Dancers at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. I photographed this last Friday afternoon as the sun was setting, my frost bite was setting in & dreams of warmer weather were swirling in my head. Happy 50 degree weather and daylight savings weekend Denver!
A little Denver public art knowledge for you…The artist who created Dancers is Jonathan Borofsky. The two tall figures are made of 25-tons of steel and fiberglass. Speakers mounted to the sculpure continuosy play “Let’s Dance” which was composed by Jonathan Borofsky & Samuel Conlogue. Borofsky seeks to highlight in all his work that “Everything is connected and All is one.”
