Hello! We are Yvette Lo and Ted Xavier, husband and wife team at the LoXavier Team at Pillar to Post.

Ted is a Navy veteran who comes from a background with multiple degrees and licensing in Project Management specializing in infrastructure engineering and catastrophic adjusting for several large insurance companies. (He helps rebuild your home when the big bad wolf blows it down)

Yvette worked in hospitality and restaurant management, and later on became a litigation paralegal for over a decade. We’ve always wanted to have our own business and be a great employer. Home inspection allows us to combine both of our expertise, and more importantly to help people, so we decided to purchase a Pillar to Post franchise.

While there are other PTP franchise in Denver area, we are proud to be the only minority owned PTP franchise in the entire state of Colorado. 

All of our clients love our care and attention to detail, and our great customer service. We understand that each home is different, and each client is different, so we always tailor our focus based on their goals.

While we’re not from Colorado, we’ve had the chance to work  in the Denver metro area for different projects and fell in love with it, so we decided to settle in Colorado about 3 years ago. Colorado has so much to offer, from the beautiful front range to the rich tapestry of diverse group of people.

We are grateful to be a part of our clients’ real estate transaction. While it is serious business, we have the privilege to get to know our clients on a very personal level, to learn about each of their stories, and even developing friendships. On top of the technical part of the job, this is the part that we absolutely enjoy the most.

Having a home inspection done is a great investment FOR your investment.  It gives homebuyers negotiating powers for seller concession.  For example, this past year, with our wonderful realtor partners, we were able to help two of our clients saved over $110k (each) off of the listing prices!

If Denver is a person, they are very chilled, loves nature and easy to be friends with.
