What neighborhood do you live in?
I live in cute little Edgewater.
Why did you choose that neighborhood?
I wanted to live close to downtown yet have a quiet neighborhood feel. I also love being able to walk to local shops and Sloan’s Lake.
What are your favorite local places?
I go to Coda Coffee multiple times a week; they have been a much needed addition to the downtown of Edgewater. Joyride Brewery not only has great beer, but the atmosphere is family & dog friendly. Edgewater Inn and US Thai have been in Edgewater the longest and for good reason: the pizza and Pad Thai are some of the best I’ve had. Sloan’s Bar and Grill puts on a killer weekend brunch, and Thursday night farmer’s markets in the summer and fall are a ton of fun. Lastly I love to walk around Sloan’s Lake. Not only is the 2.5 mile path around great exercise but the playgrounds are well kept and clean, it’s a great spot for park days in the summer.
What do you love about Denver?
The sunshine and all of the parks! Also there is always something going on, and local events like the Dragon Boat Festival and the Highland Haunt that make you forget just how big the city is. There are tons of restaurants and breweries to choose from, and the mountains are close enough for a quick day trip or weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

How would you describe the personality or “vibe” of Denver? Your neighborhood?
Denver is a big city with a laid back attitude. Edgewater has an old school, small town vibe. People are always out and about, and neighbors smile and wave to each other. The homes are quirky and unique.

I am friendly and outgoing. I love to be outdoors, and being a mom.
