1. Where do you live?

I live in Uptown.

2. What brought you to RiNo?

I am the new bar manager at Infinite Monkey Theorem. We have been here about a year total and the tasting room is 6 months old. I started as bar manager 2 weeks ago.

 3. Where are your favorite local spots?

Infinity Monkey Theorem, of course, but I love Black Shirt Brewing for their red ales, The Populist, Our Mutual Friend. The Mestizo/Curtis Park Pool at 3181 Champa is awesome because it has a 50 yard lap lane and is super inexpensive for the season.  I think it is even open until 7 during the week. I love Walnut Room for their pizza, Matchbox, Larimer Lounge, Megafauna, River North Brewery, Qi for yoga.  Tender Belly has the best bacon in town, and they sell full hogs to local restaurants.

I love first and final Fridays in RiNo. First Fridays are more family oriented for the local galleries. We showcase some of the local artists, but final Fridays are more supportive of the service industry. We have a deejay and bands for Final Fridays as well as third Thursdays. We also have food trucks on Fridays and Saturdays.

I love the fact some RiNo venues participate in the Denver Passport program and you can get one of our growlers for an awesome discount. The fact we serve wine in the can, on tap or by the bottle, from a local Rocky Mountain vineyard is something to be proud of. Starting in the Safe Fe Art District was a great place to start and growing into the RiNo space has opened new opportunities for tastings, tours and special events.

P.S. We love your vibe! What inspires your style?

I love Buffalo Exchange. I like to work with the buyer to see what styles are en vogue. I also love watching what people are wearing particularly in the SoBo area of town; I get great vibes from people walking by when I am just people watching.
