2) Why did you choose Chaffee Park?

I appreciate that Chaffee Park is an established neighborhood. Residents have been here for decades and the population is not generally transient; I appreciate that. The location is great: close to downtown and to neighborhoods like Tennyson and LoHi. Lots of surrounding parks make it a perfect place to live.

3) What are your favorite local spots?

Tennyson Park, Crown Hill Park and Wildlife Preserve, Book Bar.
